The area is lovely. The jacuzzi was dirty. Didn’t use it due to hair stuck in jets and unknown chunks floating in the water. Also, very thin walls. Again,…the area…was lovely.🙃

It was right in the middle of all the shopping and dining in Leavenworth. We stayed in the Dream suites and the parking was a little difficult due to snow and ice. It was also quite a climb to our room. The main part of the prperty would be much nicer. We did like the room.

Just don’t
We booked 8 months in advance for a room during Christmas festival. All of our prior experiences here had been great. We spent 1200$ for a room with one bed. When I complained, saying we had been very clear about having 4 people, I was told that they were not responsible for how the room was represented. Despite confirming the week ahead all of our details and adding in a ‘homemade streusel’ to be waiting in our room, our room was in appropriate for the number of guests and the preordered streudel never arrived. Despite many years of staying here happily, new ownership has ensured we will never return.

The property is located on the river. There is a beautiful view of the river and mountains. I think the price per room is very high. I also did not book a room on the river, my booking was for the main building downtown however when I arrived I was told I had a room on the river. Was not pleased.
