We have stayed at SpringHill in Wenatchee, WA, several times while visiting family there. We are most appreciative of the warmth and friendliness of the staff as well as the amenities offered there, especially the pool and good breakfasts. The rooms are clean and comfortable and well-designed.

Worse Management, I stayed here every year for slide water park. I will never stay here again. Management don’t have common sense of customer service. I understand why the hotel is understaff.

There was an employee staring at two young teens swimming for at least 10 minutes. He was peeping at them through a window looking into the pool room, and whenever he thought he was spotted, he would hide just out of sight and stare again. He proceeded to enter the pool room and pretended to fix the handicap chair lift… then left the room after the boys stopped playing in the pool. It was extremely disturbing and I kept my kids close to me with him around. The hotel is pretty dirty. The couch in the room was stained to heck and sagging, the shower had pubic hair in it, the mirrors were scratched, the carpets old and stained and sticky. The rest of the furniture was chipped and old. The hotel is overpriced and again, dirty. The pool creeping staff member weirded me out. I don’t plan on staying here again.
