There was not one piece of furniture/accessories that matched. One dinner plate, two wine glasses - one red wine the other white. No water glasses. No dinner knives, two teaspoons, no dessert spoons. Wardrobe had a broken hinge and there were two long black hairs in the spa bath. Ownership need to spend quite a lot of money to upgrade this place

The property was exceptional and beautiful. The garden and surrounds were gorgeous and we were fortunate to be there in the Autumn with all the colours. Wentworth Falls is a beautiful area. The only thing I didn't really like was the shower had mould in-between the tiles on the wall that I believe requires more attention to detail.

A pleasant stay

We just returned from an overnight stay at the property. 3 adults with 2 young kids, we are all very happy with our stay. The 2 bedroom loft style apartment works well for us. Everyone loved the fire places. We will return if we are planning for another overnight visit to the Blue Mountains.

Lovely quiet location, very clean and super comfy beds. lots of mountain walking tracks within walking distance from apartments. Closed off courtyards at both front and back of ground floor rooms which was great for our 3 year old to play. We would definitely stay again.

Great location near Wentworth falls viewpoints and walking tracks. The property is cosy and quiet in beautiful leafy surroundings. The rooms were warm and well equipped, and the fireplace was a nice touch

Booked August 2024, land Sydney from Japan 0900am. Arrive Falls 1pm and told our booking had been cancelled, provided flight information and advised to read the small print. Same ground floor room available now at $400extra, Yes they sent a message we were mid-flight. Management give lip service only, showed no compassion. wife has balance issues from brain surgery and we had a first floor room with stairs for $200 over the cost of our original booking, so suitcases up and down stairs. Further to this one screen doors placed against wall, balcony covered it pine leafs, shower soap dispenser empty. Very disappointing and frustrating.
