All of the above. But next door to me there seemed to be a party going on and it was quite noisy til around 2:30 a.m. I think someone finally asked them to disperse and be quiet after that.

Lobby smelled like weed all the time. The microwave was filthy. There were cobwebs around the AC unit. The baseboards were dirty. The toilet tank was loose and so was the seat. The AC fan smelled like urine and left a horrible smell in the unit.
