Cute vibe, but room was miniature, no staff to help with faulty door keypads, salt needed on parking area, bathroom near breakfast lounge was filthy, and overall you were on your own. Location to mountain was great.

Great common areas for multi families and they were set aside so that no noise to the bedrooms. The bedrooms are miserably small but very clean.

Quick to mountain and local area restaurants; good common space to hang out in, and simple free breakfast. They ran out of cold regular drinking water, though, only hot water from the coffee machine after our first day and the other two days no cool water for the kids. Also the lock system is a bit finnicky - had to get it reset.

My wife and I actually stayed here twice over the last two weeks. The first time was ok and would have had a better rating if it was not for this week. This week we had walked into the room and it felt like it had not been cleaned or had the sheets changed. There was toothpaste on the wall in the bathtub. I found a sewing needle on the carpet that could have been stepped on. The sheets had some stains that looked like they might not have been changed and a towel also seemed to have some kind of stain on it. There was also a knocking sound that would not stop through the night that got aggrivating. We definitely will be checking out some other places to stay in the area before staying here again.

Our stay was for one night only, and we arrived at 10 PM. For what the hotel offers, it is quite expensive. Additionally, it was very loud, making it difficult to sleep. The room was also extremely cold, and we were freezing the entire night. Overall, it was not a comfortable experience.

Mostly a got the job done stay! No big complaints except for the fact that the pictures online don’t exactly look like the actual room/ bathrooms. Look a little more run down in real life. Didn’t rate the staff because did not interact with a single staff member during the stay. Not a bad thing- check in was easy and do it yourself! Location is great for mount snow and overall it was mostly clean.

A perfectly fine place to catch some zzzs during a ski weekend. Mount Snow is just minutes away, multiple dining options nearby. Room was a bit toasty when I arrived, took some time to adjust temperature. Continental breakfast is nothing fancy (bagels, Lara Bars and such), but enough to fuel up before hitting slopes.

There was hardly ever an attendant at the desk so it was difficult to get information or help with anything. There was a mouse in our room. A fridge in the room would have been nice.

Mt Snow Lodging # 1

Emma & staff were very friendly Emma was especially helpful as we booked 2 rooms in error for this same stay. Maid service was awesome and we appreciated the water coffee & tea as well as bagels etc. Enjoyed the Fireplace only want was a hot tub that would have made it the much more enjoyable apres ski
