Not great not the worst. You get what you pay for. We just needed a place to stay for a family event. In late out early. Cheap and did the job.

Our last night there AC went out on us and room was really hot. First night was acting up but started working again so we stayed in the room. They offered to give us a new room but it was working the 2 days so we decided to stay in the same room. Last night was a terrible experience.

The guy at the front desk said my room number outloud. As a female who travels alone on occasion that is SO dangerous you never know who's listening. Won't ever go back to this location

Had to ring an intercom buzzer to alert staff that was sleeping in one of the rooms (she came out of the room barefoot and sleepy eyed). Whole place has a STRONG smell of deodorizer. Hotel itself is in a semi industrial area with limited access to dining, although Fargo is easy to get around. I set my shave kit down on the sink and it came away with a black goo like substance that then transferred to a nice blue shirt in my suitcase (did not realize it was on the bottom of the case). That’s what you get for the price I guess.

They are starting a remodel in the entry way but the rooms are still very tired and past the date of needing repair/updating.

Issue with price from reservation and what they wanted to charge. Was able to resolve but caused check in to take a long time and I was expected to try and contact hotels.com. As i was attempting to contact, they conceded and billed the correct amount.
