After check in we went up to our room, the room was messy and did not look like it had been cleaned after the last use. The bed was very haphazardly made, arguably not cleaned after the last persons stay. There was hair on the bed, a clubbing/festival wristband left in the bathroom. Someones left over water in the fridge, condiments for tea and coffee not topped up and the holder had bugs in it. Saw reception to discuss our issues, hotel was fully booked and no other rooms avaliable, my partner and I could not find any other accomodation on a Saturday night in Gosford, so had to drive the 3.5 hours home to Canberra, which had us arriving home at 11.45pm (a total travel day of 14 hours). Considering we did not stay in the room and it was disgusting, I want a full refund.

The room was dusty, had cobwebs, bathroom neds a deep clean, carpets looked like they had not been cleaned in years, stairswells covered in dirt from shoes......not comfortable at all.

Gross. The toilet was not clean when we arrived into our room. Poo and wee on the toilet seat. Lots and lots of bugs and mould in the corner of the room

The beds were clean and comfortable. The room is very small though we were happy to have our own bathroom. The parking was good around at the rear. We think some guests arrived back from the club a little under the weather and were shouting up and down the corridor on the second floor for a while in the early hours and probably being Friday night didn't help. Glad we were only there overnight.
