Manager Cassie is rude, Elevator was broken had to have my pregnant wife walk up 4 flights of stairs, towels were stained, dead bolt didn't work, breakfast is mediocre at best, carpets in hallway are disgusting. Spoke to housekeeping and was told they only clean once a week, never got offered new linens.Cassie manager asked why did i wait til check out to complain. as if moving rooms would have helped the dirty hallways the no housekeeping or the broken Elevator. All that would have done is put me on a higher floor causing me to walk up more stairs. By the way beds are to hard and pillows are to fluffy causing your head to be pushed to high up making for an uncomfortable sleeping experience. I highly recommended the Hyatt place across the street only stayed here because they were booked out. And Cassie said that they called everyone that letting them know that the elevator was broken and i told her i booked Wednesday night and arrived Thursday afternoon she said they called i should her my phone stating thati didnt recieve a call and her response was sir I dont need to see your phone sir. Also for future guest this hotel has actual live in tenets so the good rooms are mostly taken.

Avoid this place, terrible and misleading
The pictures they use are for their best rooms and do not reflect what you get. They just choose for you. I was extremely disappointed. I paid for a room with a view ......or at least I thought. What I got was some mid section room with no view , a stove that was falling apart, doors that stuck harder than a clingy tinder date, and a shower that had buildup and a facet that was half way out the wall. Bed was about as comfortable as a bale of hay. And pillows were comically small. Don't waste your time or money

The room was clean, however…The elevator was out & I had to carry all my luggage up the stairs to the 4th floor after being on the road for 8 hours. I checked in on Friday, and was told that the elevator would be fixed the next day…The elevator was being repaired as I checked out on Sunday. The bathroom near the lobby had no paper towels or toilet paper. No juice provided for “grab-n-go breakfast,” was told delivery truck didn’t come in. Why have a kitchenette if there is not one spoon, cup, bowl, pot, or plate? No water pressure in shower…

Decent budget hotel
The hotel was fine itself, it's basic and comfortable, what you would expect for the price. Location is decent, with food and drink options within a few mins walk. Only issue we had was the elevator wasn't working and we were on the 4th floor, so we had to carry all our luggage up, and then down, the stairs.

We got there and were beat because we were moving. Our reservation was for a king suite on the 4th floor but their elevators were out of service. My husband is 87 and I’m 77 so going up 4 flights of stairs was out of the question. The receptionist was finally able to give us a room on the first floor but it was a double sized bed. Also the air conditioning was turned off and it took quite a while for the room to cool down. I would never stay in this hotel again. But I would give the receptionist 5 stars for trying to find a room for us on the first floor.

Decent place to stay for a night or two
Room always felt a little stuffy, not matter how low we turned down the a/c. Hallways felt humid and kind of smelled like a locker room. However, the room itself was very spacious and clean. I really loved the light-up mirror in the bathroom. It had great lighting and plenty of counter space for getting ready.

First there was no extra coffee. Wed night I spent cleaning up several leaks from window and ceiling. Manager’s answer everyone had leaks. Now if you look at leak area you can tell it has leaked before and wasn’t fixed.I am done with extended stay there are many much nicer hotels near me
