The employee was polite but when I asked for a room in the front he stated there was no rooms available in the front. He put me in the back in a filthy smoker room. I requested a different room then he gave me one in the front. The second room was filthy and dirty as well no hot water in the shower. The drawers on the dresser had bugs in it. Breakfast area was filthy and only have pancakes and light bread. Just horrible.

Light switch inside the door did not work. Buttons on a/c did not work right. No chair in the room. Only a small cheap coffee table that looked like it came from a second hand store. People in the next room were loud and rambunctious all night. Sirens in the middle of the night followed by yelling voices made us feel unsafe. The young lady at the front desk when we checked in was extremely friendly but I would not stay here again.

The rooms were exactly what they say.They were.It was nice and quiet.The swimming pool people were polite and respectful.The complimentary breakfast was nice and the staff was excellent.I will recommend this place anyday

Checked in and then immediately checked out after sitting in the room for a few minutes. The room was extremely humid and the bedding felt moist. Every lamp, picture frame, door hinge, and metal in the room was covered in rust. The bathroom ceiling had mold looking spots. Allergies were already bothering me within a few minutes of being in the room. The facility looked NOTHING like the pictures. The phone also had a gross black chunk on it and the undersides of the lamp shade we’re disgusting. I was so thankful the front desk provided me a refund when I mentioned my concerns. The staff member was friendly.
