The room smelled like stale cigarettes and mildew. There were 2 luckily dead cockroaches on the floor around the bed. We slept in our clothes and left before check out.

The floor in the room was sticky everywhere. The room smelled bad like spray covering up smoke. The ac unit was so loud with a high pitched noise we had to wear earplugs. The ac also kept the room very damp. Even the sheets were damp to sleep on. Front lobby very tired looking. Continental breakfast was sad. Plain breads, plain bagels, very low budget. Won’t stay here ever.

I felt betrayed when I stepped into this place. They deceived people by marketing what they are not. The bed was stinking. The environment was aweful. It’s a motel.

On arrival there were four police cars with lights going in rear parking area. The first room we were given had just been sprayed and we had to get another. Inside the room was musty, kind of an old cigarette smell, floor was dirty, gritty feeling. A recliner in the room had tears on the arms and sides. The air had to be turned down all the way to keep the room somewhat comfortable and it was VERY loud. The shower was warm at best. There was patch work all over the ceiling. One of the security locks on the door was broken off. We got maybe 3 hours sleep with the area noise and lack of security. On a positive note, there was a great buffet restaurant in the casino behind the motel. I would never recommend this facility. It is very dated. The online pictures were not a true reflection at all of the rooms.

Affordable, clean hotel near I40

Check in was quick, front desk staff friendly and welcoming. Rooms were clean, wood floors (which I love in a hotel), beds comfortable, and overall quiet. Walking to casino, driving to restaurants nearby. Breakfast was good - biscuits and gravy, waffles, oatmeal, etc. I would have rated excellent but had two non smoking rooms and one was great but the other definitely had a strong marijuana odor. Front desk did provide febreeze but it didn’t help much. I did make desk aware at checkout and she said they would fog. Hotel was full so they couldn’t switch me. Overall a good stay and very affordable when booking two rooms. Would stay again.

Reasonably Priced, Good Service

Had a good stay, clean linens, expected toiletries, and it was pretty cool that the washroom floor was heated. The continental breakfast was kind of slim on options, but it was still stocked up 2.5hrs after start time which is a plus. Fantastic service, my daughter left something in the room and they kept it safe and returned it with no fuss. Overall would start again for the price and service quality.
