5 stars for a 2 star hotel in comparison to other 2 star hotels. Very clean updated well maintained room. Maybe a musty smell but not overly smelly. Only negative maybe the area. I didn’t have an issue but signs in the lot were the standard "we are not responsible for damage... theft etc .. Good for a 1 night stay. Not far from downtown Memphis by car. Easily went back to the Arcade for breakfast. Definitely would stay again

The thing that bothered me is if you had to go online to get better discount . Front desk people aren’t always there ! One day staff came in, took all of my towels, even the ones that you weren’t even dirty and I believe someone came in and actually drank some of my wine because I had a nice amount in there and when I got back, there was only like two glasses worth. don’t feel safe when they’re men at the top of the stairs. I don’t know if they’re maintenance men, but it should be more secure for women by themselves. The other thing is my key hardly ever works. I’ve been here for over a week I had to go downstairs while I had things in my hand because my card to get in wasn’t working.

Staff was accommodating and friendly- we needed a first floor room due to mobility issues and they made it happen. Hotel was off the beaten path and the area did not seem entirely safe, though we did not experience an issue.

UNSAFE!

With only one car in the parking lot for the whole hotel, and every room door looking like it was broken into, we decided not to even get out of the car and go elsewhere. To make matters worse, we were billed for the night and neither the hotel management, nor Hotels.com, would make it right.

The room was extremely clean, the linen was clean and smelled fresh! The bed was comfortable. We would definitely stay here again! Also, I was greeted by name! Don’t get that very often!
