I've never been to a hotel that wouldn't bring a luggage cart to my room. That is, until now. Bathroom floors and shower were disgusting. Upon checking out, we were not asked how our stay was.
Everything was wonderful, very nice spacious rooms, the staff was absolutely amazing. One of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in. They treat active duty military like they are family. HIghly recommend.
Staff was nice and breakfast was good. But shower in bathroom was disgusting. Room smelled musty and the AC was so loud I thought they were doing yard work outside in the middle of the night.
The property itself was fine - my issue is with the pet fee. The fee description states “$25 nightly for up to 2 pets.” What is should say is $25 per pet, per night. While searching for pet friendly accommodations I used both Hotels dot com and Amex Travel. Both those sites described the pet fee as per accommodation (not per pet) - so apparently I’m not the only one who was confused. I travel with my two dogs frequently and am used to paying for them, but I’m not okay with bad language that costs me more than expected. Other than that, the front desk help had me wait almost 10 mins without even acknowledging me while one left to do who knows what down the hall and the other talked to a customer on the phone. Just a polite nod would have gone a long way.
