very sad
I was turned around at the desk and told that there were no rooms available. My family had to sleep on the floor of the empty house that we had moved out of for the night.

Terrible Hotel!!
Checkin was easy. Front desk rep was not friendly. Last night of stay was disaster. Key didnt work on door. Went to front desk to get key updated. Hotel rep said someone elsecis in that room. MY room, that I've been staying in for 3 days! They said it was showing ne as a No -Show! How whem all my personal items were in the room??? They said housekeeping took my stuff, packed it up & put it in mgrs office. Absolutely ridiculous! Got new room, spoke to mgr very next morning. She apologized, said she can take off 1 night's stay, but ONLY took off $50. Hotel A/C sucks, rusted doors, dilapidated doors & windows & electrical outlets are dreadful.

The price is right for a short stay..the staff was rude and dismissive. The key cards deactivated every day had to go to desk every time had to ask for room to be cleaned and fresh towels were limited
