The staff are always friendly and willing to help. Ivan the front desk is always cheerful. Manager is easy to speak with and making sure the hotel is clean, the continental breakfast is fresh and area clean. If you need a hotel for business or pleasure I highly recommend the Quality Inn. Easy access to local businesses, restaurants, hospitals and roads.

I honestly enjoyed this place. I was solo traveling and was wanting a comfortable place to stay. I’m very happy I chose this hotel. The staff were really nice. The breakfast was actually a great selection. The beds were comfy. The shower had great water pressure and heat. It was worth the price. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel smells wonderful when you first enter the lobby. The staff is friendly, helpful and prompt. The rooms are clean, the water is hot in shower and beds are comfortable. Pool is nice especially if you have children with you . If I had one thing that could use improvement is the Bacon it is a little thin. I recommend this Quality Inn for your stay in west Plains.Easy access, centrally located and next door to delicious Coffee, pastry , sandwich shop.
