There were a few things i might improve... overall it was awesome. The spotlights in my room and non working light fixtures were a bit of a turn off. Overall, I would come back. The food from the connected hotel was sub par.

The room was clean, did not have a comforter just a sheet over a thin blanket. The wall looked like it was not connected to the roof. There was water damage around sliding glass door. The light over the bathroom mirror did not work and they didn’t have the correct bulb to fix it. Half the wall plugs did not work.

For the tower rooms there was only 1 working elevator the tower rooms are out dated a bit over priced for what you got for the moneybpaid

The room was not clean and the whole resort seemed extremely rundown. The wallpaper was peeling and the wainscoting was falling off. You could tell the main walkways in the tower side were rarely vacuumed. We've stayed on the casino side before and had a better experience but this was the first time in the tower side and we will not be staying there again. Oh and only one elevator worked.

Disappointed

Well let’s start with the tower elevator only 1 working and took forever. Our room had the old towels and garbage in front of door for 24 hours. No hot water and shower leaked and pushed the shower door hard to close and sink leaked, beds very uncomfortable and pillows flat and gave us stiff necks. Casino was smoky and scary bathrooms. We like the pit crew/staff. Definitely won’t stay unless have to or free.

I would not recommend staying here. Very ran down and dirty. We got stuck in an elevator and when we called on the emergency phone the front desk put us on hold before we could even say we were stuck. Needs a major renovation. I do understand that they are starting renovate some rooms but the whole hotel and casino needs to be redone. For $200 a night you would think it would be a bit nicer.
