Carpet worn especially on staircase. The tower elevator had 2 handrails missing. Debris still on floor inside and on 4th floor. It looked trashy. Pack of housekeeping. I can’t recommend staying here.

AC didn’t work in the room had to leave window and curtain open. The extremely bright light from adjacent building made it very difficult to sleep. Most staff is rude or unfriendly and seem to hate working there.

Skip this hotel with everything that’s inside you!
This was the absolute worst hotel room I have ever slept in! It was stained carpet. It looks like it was under construction and they just threw a bed in the room? It smelled it was loud. The bed felt like it was in storage for years it was the absolute worst stay ever! The Janky elevator was super scary to ride on taking it from the fourth floor to the really unsafe parking garage that we were told was patrolled by security and security cameras that didn’t look like they’ve worked since the 80s! And finally, there was no extra lock on the door. Stay away from this hotel!

We stayed in a king size atrium jacuzzi rm,it was clean quiet & had a very comfortable bed,ya can see that they been working on remodeling in some areas of the room,with that being said it was still a lot nicer than what it was a couple of yrs ago. The machines were pretty loose & food wasn't to bad in the Harvest cafe it could have had more flavor it was sort of on the bland side.

Quite honestly the first impression was that the hotel is in need of some TLC. The elevator from the parking area is not clean nor do any of the lights work. Unless you have been there before you don’t know which button to push for anything. No fridge or coffee or safe in the room. I was informed afterwards that we could have asked for a fridge but a safe was not available.

Honestly thought we would be staying at a better place based on the compared price of surrounding hotels. We will definitely not be staying here again because the place was filthy. The elevator was very dirty as well as the rest of the common areas. On google the hotel listed that they had a FREE breakfast and this was not the case. False advertisement much. There was a "deal" on breakfast that if you got a players card through the casino, you got $5.00 off the egg breakfast. We ended up eating at the 24 hour Mexican restaurant next door. Needless to say we will never stay at this hotel/casino again.
