Old and Outdated
Hotel is very old and outdated, The elevators didn't work most of the time (People actually got stuck in the elevator while we were there). Getting to our room on the 8th floor was horrible. The heating and cooling is from the 90s. The wallpaper was coming off all over the place. All the furniture (beds, chairs, tables) are very old and uncomfortable. The rooms don't have a kitchenette, or minifridge. The bathroom was very small.

I liked getting a room here because it was less busy. But the room was super hot and the AC didn’t work. Also the shower only poured cold water. I would not recommend staying here.

I was charged double at check in, they charged me 268, 100 more than I paid Expedia when booking room. I showed the staff my Expedia reservation and they said it was 100 more, I gave them My card and they never gave me paper work. When I checked my CC I have 2 charges for a dated hotel in pooor condition.

Completely unimpressed with our room. It had stained floors and the bed felt like it was 20 years old. Luckily we were with easy goin folks and didn't make a stink about it. When we were making the reservations we had hoped we selected the updated rooms but did not. I will not return until the entire hotel/casino has been renovated.

The heat in the room didn’t work at all. So after coming back hammered we just passed out and woke up frozen. And the elevator was like something out of a scary movie it was broken inside and felt as if it was gonna stop in between floors and you’d be stuck till you die. But it’s the cheapest place around so I’m sure I’ll be back.

I had two rooms, both were just out dated and very used. The bathrooms on both were the main reason we’re not happy. They were dirty and gross. Stuff on the walls in the shower and in one shower there was a hole all the way around the on off handle in the shower!! We had 2 Queen beds and they only left two towels, there should be enough for 4 adults. Just not a pleasant stay.

Junk room. We couldn’t even shower the faucet just trickled straight down out of only three little holes. The bathroom faucet leaked and made blub sounds with every drop. Pillows were destroyed. No blankets on beds, just sheets. Our room was below a parking garage so every car that drove over head felt like a rocket taking off! Never staying again!!
