The pub was not open the outside pool bar was not open. The resort was clean but very out dated. The decor and furniture in the rooms are old. The staff was nice but it is just an average place to stay you could definitely find a more updated place on that strip for what they charge. I was disappointed for the money they charge not really worth it to me. Not a bad place but I’ve definitely stayed at better places for the cost that they charge.

Disappointing that the restaurants and pubs were closed. That is not listed when you first book, we received the Email they are closed after we booked. They have us coupons for other restaurants which was nice. Staff was kind, hotel is noisy, the room doors slam hard and children running up and the down the hall or in the rooms above us. Breakfast was decent enough. Always space to eat and not overly crowded. Pools were nice.

I received a VIP benefit as $6 off diner and 2 cupons for free drinks on restaurant outside the property because inside the bar was closed. The hotel only advise the bar closed in check in time. The reason for choose this hotel was the bar and safe place but the door wasn’t close properly. I have a video to prove. This is not a resort definitely! My daughter wake up with some red spots in her face . I don’t know if was a bug. Our experience was terrible regardless the many we paid . I’m member since many years ago and I never had bad experience like this before

A great deal for a surprisingly pleasant setting! The marsh view and fire pit was lovely. Room was clean and spacious, and staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was above average for a hotel buffet and the staff did a nice job keeping it clean and stocked. So many places on the Cape overcharge and under-deliver; this place was the opposite! Very pleased. Would definitely recommend.

We initially booked because it had restaurant options on property. Unfortunately these were closed. I did get notified after booking. I’m the area there are lots of dinning options. Rooms are average but clean!!! Amenities when staying with kids were great. Outdoor pool and games next to bay. Large indoor pool. Arcade with prize station. Breakfast (free) onsite had a lot of variety. Parking was great, you could access your room easily from parking area due to several entrances.

The location and cleanliness of the property was good. The property needs some repairs. Our door stuck and we had great difficulty opening and shutting it. The door was obviously a problem for the cleaning staff too because when we returned after being away for ~ 8 hours, the door had been left open. We think it was an honest mistake and nothing was missing; but when I told the front desk employee, she just stared at me. We used Expedia to book our vacation and the room was prepaid. When we arrived at the front desk, they asked for my credit card and said we wouldn’t be charged unless we caused damage to their property. The resort didn’t have incidental charges because parking was free and the room didn’t have a wet bar. The problem was they charged me $30 three times on our first night ($90) and $30 on the day we checked out. I had to have Expedia contact them to refund my money. The manager gave no understandable reason for the charges. My question is: was this a mistake, a scam, or a dishonest employee?

Pretty nice weekend getaway
Our stay was nice. The grounds/pools were kept up very nicely. We enjoyed the firepit area. We were disappointed that both the bars were closed, and did not know this until after booking the room. The hotels.com profile should be updated to reflect this and not mention the bars in the first line of hotel description! Our bed was very sunken in and hurt my back. The rooms/carpeting was musty smelling, so much so that I smelled it on my yeti cover on the way home. Breakfast was provided each morning and was very good. The service staff work their butts off! All and all it was a nice weekend getaway.
