If you are arriving late, be prepared to sleep in the car. My worker was supposed to stay here and arrived at 4 am. After multiple calls and knocking on doors, still nobody showed up at the front desk, so he had to sleep in the truck. I called the office the next morning to request a refund. I was told the manager will call me that or the next day. It’s been a week and no calls.

We stayed here twice with 2 weeks. First stay way great. It was comfortable, clean and affordable. We are locals and just wanted to stay in a hotel overnight because we were having work done at our house. The second time we went, about a week later, they almost didn’t let us check because we were from a town over. Told me they don’t want too many locals staying there, they basically implied I was possibly paid by the hour. As if someone from one town over wouldn’t ever rent a room for one night in November. Too bad cuz I live on cape cod and I love renting rooms in the off-season and have a “tourist day” in towns around the cape. Guess that’s a red flag. Lol

Very well kept. the hard part was check out at 10 instead of 11 AM and the continental breakfast was 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. This made timing off, but on the whole, the trip was nice. We could not get the heater, air to work at all. And the phone number was not available on any of the correspondences, and this led to time wasted and some anxiety. Otherwise the trip was nice and apprecciated. MKS
