The ac was not working and I asked the manager to have maintenance come and fix it but they never did. The pool was OK, but was not able to utilize it much due the the amount of children in the pool during the day. There was a soccer tournament that weekend and there would always about 45-50 kids in the pool at the time. Very loud and the office staff did not keep an eye on horse play etc. bed was ok. Breakfast was not up to par.

Hotel wasn't as great as I thought it would be

When I got to my room there were already holes and stains on the wall, also a yellowish stain on the comforter. The bathroom construction didn't make sense there were two tub/shower controls, plus when you stepped into the shower the tub was very shallow and when you stepped out of the shower the tub to floor ratio was quite steep I almost fell. Hot tub has stuff floating in it. maybe some type of oil?

We were unable to check in early but were told we could use the pool. My granddaughter and her friend went into the pool. The water was dark and pieces of the pool were in the pool. The bathroom was dirty and fixtures rusty. I told the front desk we were not staying there.

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and available. It’s an old place that has had some repairs and touch ups that make it comfortable. The indoor pool water was clean but not the hot tub. The towels were always stock and clean and the bathrooms were clean. The inform pool facilities need lots of TLC and repairs but overall it’s decent and enjoyable.

Pros: Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The ceiling in the bathroom could of been scraped down and re-textured as it was peeling. I liked having a sliding door to open to get fresh air. The a playgrounds were a nice addition for my little one to get energy out. Both the evening and morning desk person was very nice! The pool looked clean but was dark and had no lights in the pool itself even though the room was lit same with the hot tub and no clean pool towels.
