To expensive for what was offered, food was OK expected more for the money, and also the bed sheets and the towels were sub par compared with other hotels with half of the price.

This hotel is very close to the West Yellowstone entrance and easy to walk the short distance into town for meals and shopping. Please be aware that Expedia does not include the daily 15 dollars amenity fee per day in the total price quoted per day as other booking sites do so it looks like they are providing a lower room rate. The only issue we had with the hotel is the breakfast is very limited some days and best to do down early since many tours book their guests at this hotel and it can be very crowded with those groups down their before they leave. Other than those issues it is a very nice convenient hotel to stay at.

Beautiful property,nice staff,very comfortable. One thing I did not like.when arrived,they asked for the automatic incidental fee in case you need anything else. Typically this is refunded. In this hotel, it is automatic and nonrefundable even if you dont use it. A liitle hidden $25 fee.

The fall colors in Yellowstone were absolutely stunning! We stayed one night at Grey Wolf Lodge in West Yellowstone and it was very relaxing. Would definitely stay there again.

Whole couch got wet stain, bath tub faucet is lose moving around. Microwave old with broken handle glue on. Coffee maker broke never replaced after got called up to checked it out. Breakfast yogurt and fruit runout after 8:30am.

We really liked the size of the room and bathroom. The beds were very comfortable. The staff welcoming and pleasant. A dislike was the breakfast. Flat round cooked eggs, sausage links that looked like this had just been thawed out and cook. We were there 4 mornings in a row and the menu never changed. More variety options, such as, biscuits and gravy, waffles

This property is in a cute small town that is very walkable. It is also within a mile of the west entrance to Yellowstone NP. The front desk was very helpful. Besides two complimentary aluminum reusable water bottles, they also offered free s’more packages to use at their outside fire pit. We would definitely go back.
