The cabin was cozy. All the electrical outlets were on two plugs. This was truly unsafe. I had to unplug one to plug in my computer. It is very dark. Need a light over beds and more electrical outlets. Bathroom was very nice, beds were comfortable. Pet area was not maintained up to standards of this very high priced lodging. They charged me $50 a night for my 40 pound dog! And I had already paid $900 for three nights- bit exorbitant. The hot tub area was not user friendly for an old lady traveling alone- not your problem maybe. The staff was very nice and I did have a very nice stay- town is walkable and charming.
We had a wonderful week at the Hibernation Station! Everyone was so nice! Housekeeping was great! Even did our dishes if we didn’t get them done. Would highly recommend!!
Our stay couldn't have been better. These cabins, tucked away just enough so that you had privacy yet accessibility to everything, Yellowstone park, shopping and restaurants within a mile or so. Staff was so friendly, coffee always ready 1st thing. Would stay here again without question!
Great place to stay for your Yellowstone adventures base! We had a cabin for 3 days - very comfy and nicely appointed. Full kitchen so we could do our own meals which was great! But there are lots of restaurants nearby too. Loved the close proximity to West Gate of the park.
Stayed two nights. Glad we did. Grassy area for kids and dogs backsvup to wooded area, next to Yellowstone National Park. Not sure if tgey get bears and wolves in this area. Campground is to right. Very dark at night, so had to drive down to use car headlights to see for last potty break of day and had bear spray in case. Cabin was nice size, listing said Dog friendly with no mention in write up, dogs not allowed on beds. Comfy beds, but duvet and sheets had some stains. Bath was soaker tub and shower. No hand rails. Slippery when wet plus floor. Tv buffered a lot. Sometimes not returning. Totes left on front porch in morning. No mention what it was and for whom. Overall: loved the stay. Could have addressed these issues better.
My husband and I enjoyed our stay in one of your cabins while visiting Yellowstone. Very cozy and quiet.

My initial reaction to the cabin was not good, it definitely needs to be updated inside and it's just kind of old. There was some mold around tub. However, we did stay four nights and my opinion changed a little. It wasn't terrible cabin definitely older needs the decor updated but whoever cleaned the cabin did a decent job and it was not terrible staying there. It's very convenient to the park and was nice and quiet in the evenings.
We found our cabin roomy, comfortable, and charming. The staff were ready to help with anything at all, and made us feel welcome and pampered. A top-notch place worthy of a special occasion. The cabins are each unique and decorated lovingly with every thoughtful detail in mind. A wonderful place.
We loved staying in our own little private cabin with a fireplace. It was quiet not having people above you. Staff was very friendly. It was great to be able to prepare our own breakfast in our kitchenette.
Feedback: 1.) Mayne add to your property description: Pet Friendly but must be kept in kennel and not allowed on beds. (Bedding had stains from previous use. Not come out in wash? Duvet had pink stain on it. 2. ) Deep soaking tub needs a bar to hold onto entering and exiting. Slick when wet. 3.) It took my daughter 4-5 hours to wash/dry 2 loads of laundry. A Hispanic family tied up all washers/dryers doing their 6 loads of laundry. Should have bee limited to 1 a piece but they used all 3! 4.) No mention what the totes were for that were dropped off early a.m.
Out of the 7 places,we'd stayed so far, yours was the best.
This is the perfect place to stay when visiting Yellowstone National Park. The location is perfect. The accommodation is comfortable and the entire staff are so helpful.
