I think Just because of this property located in West Yellow stone village… due to high demand(?)…room was small and… no microwave( I didn’t see microwave are provided under requested when I booked, later I realized we need requested, but when we requested they can’t give us another room with microwave since we already use the room) I thought all the property comes with microwave as basic features.

Decent low frills lodging
No frills lodging in West Yellowstone. Nothing fancy or luxurious at all, but served its purpose as a clean space to sleep between time spent in the park. Can walk to shopping food and grocery.

Terrible Value!!
Paper thin walls meant that I heard everything my neighbors had to say or do. Additionally, the road traffic was very noisy and interrupted my sleep on multiple occasions. The floors were falling apart with huge dips and sags in them. The room was cold, and the very noisy wall mounted heater did not warm things up. The TV was intermittent (lost signal) about every two minutes and was unwatchable. At the price they charged I expect much better. I wanted to leave two days early to find another place to stay but they wouldn't refund the extra days.

Room was in need of a major renovation. Carpet was so dirty and needed replacing. Front desk was no help with basic questions. No WiFi, they give you a WiFi login information but it doesn’t even work. I would not recommend this hotel.

Property is in need of some major upgrades - door hanging on vanity, marks on walls, mold in shower, chairs were filthy. Every picture on the walls were crooked. lol Way overpriced for what it was. Just drive on by!

This was my second stay at this location. I was satisfied with the accommodations. It is a little older establishment and needs just a slight amount of TLC. Over all i would stay there again. It was very well lit at night. Felt secure.

Room was severely overpriced because it is a high tourist town. Room had no iron, bathroom door stuck and shower faucet was mismatched so very difficult to use. Furniture was falling apart. Very disappointing.

The room smelled, very old, smoke detectors had been removed from the room, no smoke detector in the hallway, not enough parking for the number of rooms, had to park in a back alley. Not enough electrical plugs to charge your electronics........
