The walls were tissue paper thin. Two nights in a row I heard to someone next door snoring, the people on the other side listend to TV or spoke loudly late into the night and resumed early in the moning. I heard the people upstairs walking above me. The last night I was there a tourist group sat outside their rooms and talked loudly amongst themselves until late at night. While I swouldn't call the facility dirty, it is not a level of cleanliness I expect from a place that houses many people from around the world on a daily basis.

Location was a bit confusing. Google kept taking us to the wrong location. Lots of walking to our room. I'm glad I work out. In other words, not an easy quick unload...especially when your tired after a long day.

The ice machine is old and only gave me a handful of ice after waiting 5 minutes. There was no hot water in our room, so showering was impossible. After hiking all day, it was VERY disappointing.

I loved the fact that it was in walking distance to the town and only 3 blocks from the West Entrance of Yellowstone. I didnt like the carpet was dingy and very stained like it had never been deep cleaned before. The shower head was loose and was really hard to adjust. There was no microwave in the room and parking is first come first serve so if you plan on spending alot of time away from the hotel expect to have to park in the back ally behind the motel. The beds were well used and mattresses where broke in. The maid did a great job cleaning during our stay.

Spacious, Remodeled very good value.

This hotel is being remodeled and updated. Large room and bathroom, newly remodeled. Within very short walking distance of restaurants, ahops and other amenities .

The service desk should be closed at 11pm but the front desk girl pour out all the hot water around 10:30pm already. I understand she wants to leave on time, but it still has 30 mins service. She started the cleaning early and said no when someone asked for the water.

Helpful staff at 1st night

Late checked in and the guy at the front desk was very helpful. We spent some time at the common area and we didn’t know it should be closed at 11pm. The guy didn’t rush us leave and he even started the cleaning close to 11. He helped other as well even it was already 11pm. He also recommended some restaurants to visit. We had a great time for the first night (total 2 nights) at Yellowstone Country Inn.

Good luck.

Day I arrived, had to wait 5 to 10 min. while employee (house keeper) and the desk clerk to stop talking in Spanish, and laughing before I got service. Found out later why all but the desk clerks just looks at you smiles and nod there heads, they can't speak English. TV. the cable didn't work. so no TV with 5 kids (right) Ice machine never worked. One day house keeping didn't even remove the trash I took it out. To many rooms for for what little parking you have. another word first come first serve you might get in front of your room. Plumbing needs a lot of work. both rooms we rented had issues. floor was uneven bathroom door sticks to floor. beds actually comfortable for being swayback. If you asked me, I would say. In my opinion the best thing they could do with that place is burn it down and start over. I'm sorry, but I will never recommend this place.
