Please note that they do not have a hot breakfast available. I hate to have to give a poor rating, but I have to report my experience. There was no one at the front desk at 9:00am so I dropped my key card in a basket and we left the property. Several miles down the road I realized I left my cell phone in my room. When returning, there was still no one at the desk but I remember there was a housekeeper on our floor. I tried to communicate with her to ask her to let us back in the room but she spoke no English and I spoke no Spanish. So I went back to the desk and retrieved about 30 key cards from the basket and tried card until I found the one that opened our door.

One thing that I liked about this property was there many amenities such as smores and ice cream for the hotel guest. The rooms were very clean and nice I would recommend this hotel to anybody.

Hotel was in good condition. Location was great, walking distance to shops, food and entertainment. Rooms were basic but had all the essentials. Nice touches like free ice cream and s’mores kits.

The staff was amazing! Property was clean and inviting. Great location to Yellowstone entrance, restaurants, shoppers. We had an emergency come up with home and had to cut our stay short. The hotel management and staff worked with us to get our refund on remaining nights. Cody and Betty were the best!

It was a nice experience but realize ther is no air conditioning, no TV or WiFi. Was a little miffed that at 8 am housekeeping knocked on our door to see if it was occupied! They clearly are aware that check out is 11 am, we were still in bed. I feel the price was a bit much for the stay. 1 and done.

The location was convenient, less than a 5-minute drive to the West Yellowstone Park entrance and about a 5-minute walk to the town with a lot of shopping and restaurant options. We didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel, so it was fine for what we needed which was a spacious room and a convenient location. My daughter loved the pool and the game room.

This was a very comfortable hotel and a great base for exploring Yellowstone. The smores in the evening, laundry facilities, and breakfast were great bonuses. Highly recommend, especially for families.

Impossible to contact anyone on the phone. After l o n g wait no one spoke English Flight canceled but they can’t cancel room because the not authorized but management is not available and don’t know when they will be back Customer service has completely gone to “0”
