During my trip to Yellowstone, I stayed in this hotel, and my experience was outstanding, safe, welcoming and great customer service. The complimentary breakfast was great and fulfilling. I highly recommend this hotel on your next trip to Yellowstone National Park.

Upon check-in, we were (not) greeted by very unfriendly staff. They had grouchy looks on their faces and made me feel very unwelcome. The beds were not comfortable and the pillows were flat. We arrived for breakfast at 7:30 am and they were already our of several things. This happened both days. The young lady working seemed very overwhelmed. The tables and chairs are very close together making it difficult to walk between them. This hotel is average at best. It's fine, nothing to write home about and definitely not deserving of a 9 rating. I won't stay here again, there are too many other choices with friendly staff.

I liked the option of swimming. The hot tub was not working. The staff were friendly. The room was clean and the furnishings were somewhat updated. The bed and chair were very comfortable. It met our needs as a relatively reasonably priced place to stay while visiting the park and town. It’s a few blocks from the main drag. I liked the breakfast option and tea/coffee is available all day in the main lobby. There is a laundry facility on site as well as vending machines. Parking is convenient at the front of the building.

Our stay was fine. The bed and pillows great. The room is very dark even with all the lights. They are just dim, so could use updating on carpet and lights. Room clean and house keeping very attentive. Close to restaurants and shopping. Yellowstone amazing and close.
