Got moved 3 times because the fride didnt work and there was no maintenance. Got the room right next to the check in so it was noisy. If you need an accommodation make sure you call and tell them. The guy did not look at my preferences.
My experience was not a good one where cleanliness and hygiene was concerned. There was roach in the BED!! We call, they said they would send someone. But time went by and we had to go down and get someone in the room. They took a long time to come and clean the room. Didn’t offer another room. It was the next day in the night they try to correct the situation but we were already planning on leaving after midnight so there was no sense to move again just for a couple hours.
Worn down, unwelcoming staff, thin walls, and a bad bed. At least there was no one else's hair in the bath towels.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
The drain in the tub needs to be service. Rooms needs freshness. Very dated. Elevators make very loud noises. Towels are feels ruff. The lighting should be brighter. Toilet paper ruff jad a funky smell
For the price, this is a very nice hotel with spacious rooms and comfortable beds.
It's a $50 Uber ride from JFK airport and probably even more to Manhattan, so the location is not convenient for everyone.
But you probably won't beat this level of comfort for this low a price in New York.
Our stay was fine for the price compared to other hotels, however, the beds were not comfortable, the sheets had holes in them, the tv remote didn’t work, and the elevators were a little sketchy. We only needed a place for a few hours to sleep so paying double for a nicer place wouldn’t have been worth it this trip, but Red Roof can probably stand to make some improvements to their rooms.
Expedia should be embarrassed to even recommend this establishment. It was FILTHY, the sheets were NOT clean, make up covered the pillows, bathroom smelled heavily of urine & the elevator felt like it was going to snap.
I should’ve said my $210 and slept in my car.
Absolutely REPULSIVE.
It was not clean, the beds were small and uncomfortable, there were not enough towels, they didn’t put the cream & sugar or tea packets in our room, they never made up the room during our 3 day stay… I was there with my 2 older kids (17 & 22) and they were disappointed in my choice.
