Beautiful location- Room Ok.

Location of hotel is absolutely beautiful. Beach is steps away from the hotel. Pool & area appeared nice & clean. Did not have a chance to utilize it. The hotel has a restaurant with indoor & outdoor seating. Food was very good. The reason for the rating. As the room may be blocked off for 3rd party bookings. I received a corner queen room facing the pool. The entry main door to room didn’t close properly. No chain or additional bolt provided. Door to pool balcony was broken. There’s also no phone in room to contact the hotel directly. Important for solo travelers to be aware of. Also, the Mini fridge leaked onto carpet. Bed was comfy & towels were provided. The room overall didn’t not appear clean. As floor & bathroom were dirty. Fan also did not work in bathroom. Toiletres available in room are available by dispenser. High quality products! For a 1 night stay it was overall nice. Just some things to be aware of for anyone booking on this app.

I thought my room had a balcony from the description. No elevator to lug luggage up several flights of stairs. No real play area for the kids other than the sand which is fine but playground?

I love where the inn is located. Easy parking and given a parking pass up on arrival. Staff are so friendly and helpful with bags. Restaurant had incredible drinks and yummy food. Great pool! Great amount of seating by the water! They offer beach towels. They offer coffee, water, morning yoga, bingo and trivia nights. An easy Walk to everything. No fitness room and no elevators.

I have been coming here for years. I love it! The only problems i see is the common areas are run down and dirty. I mean the hallways mostly not the pool or lounge or restaurants. I also had a problem with house keeping. One of my favorite parts of going away is to come back to a clean room, fresh towels and a made bed. This did not happen unfortunately. Other than that, the service was great, the food was great the front desk was amazingly accommodating! All in all, i will be coming back!

We were in room 201 which is above the kitchen and there was loud banging all night until around 11:30 it was impossible to sleep as the floor would literally shake

Let me start with the good: the location is excellent! Our ocean view room was everything we wanted: just a few feet from the beach, almost unobstructed view in all directions and sounds of waves strong and close. This is the main reason for my four star rating. Without it, it would probably be 2.5. In out three night stay we did not see a single member of the housekeeping staff. We were told by the front desk upon check in that the room will not be cleaned unless we request it. That’s fine. But apparently, common areas are not being cleaned either: there is sand and dust everywhere and it was undisturbed during our stay. One of the stairs was missing its protective rubber thread - we saw it leaned in the corner of the stairway. It stayed there the entire stay. The stairs themselves are pretty short so rubber thread seems like a basic necessity not to accidentally slip. The staff at the front desk never acknowledged any guests unless addressed to directly. No Hellos or How Are you? Or Great day, today. I appreciate to be left alone but come on - for the amount of money they charge, basic customer service should be included in the price. As far as a room, it was a basic tiny room with deformed metal hangers from the dry cleaner to hang your clothes. Can they not afford some plastic hangers from literally any discount store? They cost pennies. Also, free advice - turn the bed along a longer wall, and both people will have the room to walk around the bed and see the ocean!

our stay was wonderful. rooms were clean. staff was attentive. We arrived at 3 o’clock and our room was not available yet. No worries we hung out at the beach until four. We come every year. Always a relaxing time
