Sticker from previous guest was in the comforter was a visitor sticker pass with his name on it. Refrigerator didn’t work. Trash over flowing at lobby and outside. Overall not a clean place.

This is a lovely hotel and the staff, rooms and public areas are great. My four star rating is simply because the property is located very near a busy highway and I started hearing semi trucks go by around 3:45AM. This detracted from my overall stay, and the property design could be modified to try to mediate this.

Except for shower, all was fine.

Shower doors would not close. Calcium build on bottom of shower doors was brown and black. Need repair and acid wash on doors.

Nice place, small improvements needed

In general, I liked the hotel and the staff was lovely. The carpet in the room felt sticky when walking on it barefoot. I had to call to get the tv to work because it wasn’t plugged in properly in the back. (I had a wiggly baby I couldn’t put down at the time) People made such a mess at breakfast, it would have been nice if someone walked around occasionally to check on the messes at the tables left by others.
