Nice room, very helpful staff. Great location. And quiet. At one point I took just my room key and went to get some ice for a water bottle the door was locked and said I needed to use a Hilton honors code. I think I am part of Hilton honors but I did not have time to go back and forth figure that out. I thought that was kind of mean to make people have to have a code just to get ice.

We were there to have a night away and use the pool. The pool was great Sunday night. When we went to swim the next morning, it was out of order. I asked why and they said it would be a few hours because chemicals were just out in. We had to check out before it would be open. Shouldn't chemicals be added when the pool is not in use overnight? Kind of soured our stay.

Tried to reach out to hotel, no response. So…
Room service never came, was there for four days. Bathroom fan didn’t work, mold on the pictures in the bathroom and room. A/C unit leaked and had the carpet soaked. Spoke to the clerks and there was never a “manager” on duty or housekeeping the hours we were there. Called to speak with the manager, no return call. Do not recommend, stay elsewhere! I did try to reach out to manager on both hotel phone as well as through hotels.com, no assistance. Normally don’t leave reviews but it was bad and I didn’t have time to fool around we were there for a funeral.
