The staff here are the most caring I have experienced. Their service is compassionate and they work with you. They don’t judge or jump to conclusions, and really do their best with customer service. If you are thinking about staying at a Motel 6 and you are looking at this location or the Westminster south location this one is FAR better than the Westminster south location. Cleaner, quieter, generally nicer, and the staff are better too! Westminster north is the place to go when it comes to staying at motel 6!

The property was great however I can't say the same for the CSR ON EXPEDIA- they did not want to help to transfer the booking to another motel 6 and lied that they called the motel when they didn't. Unprofessional Rep. Please advise.

I liked that there is a decent restaurant right next door with good food and good prices. The room was okay but there was no hair dryer nor info in the room about what’s available locally. I didn’t appreciate the non-greeting I received from both people I met at the desk when checking in. They both made it sound like our handicaps were a burden, therefore we had to wait longer to check into a first floor room, and we had to pay an additional $5 for the convenience.
