I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The cleanliness was absolutely terrible. The room had an unpleasant odor as soon as I walked in, which made it difficult to feel comfortable. The bathroom door didn’t even close properly, which was both frustrating and inconvenient. For the price I paid, I expected far better quality and upkeep. Overall, it was an unacceptable experience, and I won’t be returning or recommending this hotel to others.

Poor value and uncomfortable.

Really not great. The service was really quite lacking. The room was very uncomfortable. The bed was hard and lumpy. The shower is in the bath but the bottom of the bath is so rounded that it is uncomfortable to stand. The cleanliness was just about tolerable but leaves a fair bit to be desired. Breakfast was poor. The fried eggs had a texture as if they’d been cooking for 3 days, bread was stale and there was a tray of humus that was like old shoe polish. Overall the whole thing was quite a lot of money for an uncomfortable stay.

Enjoyed our stay!

Excellent 2 night stay at this hotel! Staff were really friendly and helpful, reception helped with our shower pressure problem, and Andy arrived so quickly to sort it out. The next day we came back to new taps and wonderful shower pressure! Thanks Andy! Room was clean, really big and comfortable. Good food and service in the restaurant, good secure parking. This hotel was really good value for the price.
