We found our room and the public areas very clean, very tidy, carefully arranged. Attentive staff. Generous breakfast. My wife found her bed too soft. Unfortunately our room was affected by music from across the courtyard until 11:30pm, then by a lorry loading or unloading right outside our window from 6:45am for half an hour.

Hotel was lovely and clean with staff being very friendly and welcoming. I personally would have liked to be able to open my window in my room, I appreciate that with air conditioning and being on higher floor this was not possible. It was not a big issue for a one night stay. The restaurant menu may have been an issue for a longer stay with only one vegetarian/plant based option on the mains. Would return for an overnight stay but not for longer due to this.

1 night return visit

Started my Easter adventure with a 3 night stay at this hotel and returned for a 1 night stay to break up my journey home from Dover. I was told I had been upgraded from a double to an executive double but I’m not sure if that was true as the room was identical to the superior room I previously had. My only criticism is that the WiFi wasn’t secure - and that isn’t acceptable really.

High Quality Hotel

We stay here regularly when visiting our daughter. The hotel is beautiful, rooms are fabulous, breakfast always good quality and plenty of choice. Staff are always friendly and attentive, from check-in, to the restaurant to the bar. Have tried some of the other local hotels (even Brooklands) but always come back here.

Great hotel

Very nice hotel set in wonderful grounds. Comfortable and clean with very modern facilities and bathrooms. Breakfast choices was very good and staff were very polite. The hotel is in a great location - about 15 minute walk into Weybridge town, but there are bus stops near the hotel. Uber taxi to Hampton Court Palace cost me around £16 but I could have used a 461 bus. All in all a fantastic 3 night break. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing I didn’t appreciate was the fact that they have a policy of adding a refundable £150 contingency charge to your credit/debit card - I didn’t appreciate that as it wasn’t mentioned when I booked the hotel - Naughty Naughty.
