Get what you pay for
So you get what you pay for here. Its the bare minimum clean meaning you have a questionably clean bed and there are towels. But the grout on the floor and tile and bathroom is completely filty. There were questionably brown spots on mattress cover. The pool was not cold and hot tub was warm but the chlorinate was so overwhelming after more then 10 minutes caused couching and eyes burning from it. The bartender was rude and it was very clear she didnt want to help us with her attitude. Ask for a drink menu she said they didnt have one, asked what kind of beer she didnt know, asked what kind of soda she didnt know. Ended up getting a sam adams n a titos and cranberry. She took the cup through the ice then fulled the cup with cranberry then splashed the titos on top basically no alcohol in a 9.00 drink. The beer she didnt even take the cap off just sat it there. The clerk at front desk was extremely nice he was the high light. He had to get us towels for the pool and open the pool door for us since the key reader wasnt working on it. Over all you get what you pay for. I wouldnt recommend it for a family maybe a 1 night travel stay on a business trip if you want to be cheap

Never stay here again!
Need pillows. Stained sheets. Bathroom tile uneven and a fall risk. Stains on carpet. And groups of children from school buses were running the halls playing hide and seek and holding the elevator with no chaperone or management to intervene.

I wasn't impressed. First room I had was dirty. I had to asked for another room. The lady at the desk did upgrade me to a bigger room which was nice of her. But honestly she didn't have the best customer service. And the place could be much cleaner! The free breakfast was cold and everything was very plain. I will not be staying there again.

This hotel was not easy to find - my Garmin GPS, updated with the most recent maps, could not find the hotel by name and did not recognize the street name. That is clearly not the hotel's fault, but be prepared. Once we reached the hotel, we were delighted that the manager switched us to a ground floor room after seeing that we are elderly and would have to deal with large suitcases. He explained that they had no elevator, which I find quite odd for a major hotel in the USA. The room was fine, except for a significant amount of mold or mildew in the bathroom. I don't remember the comfort of the bed - by the time we got there, I was too tired. Breakfast was good.

The staff was amazing! Very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. Our only issue was that our room was non-smoking, however there was a strong smell of cigarette in the room. The windows don’t open so we couldn’t air it out. Otherwise, no issues :)

Hotel didn’t show reservations. Hotel was sold out. Thank goodness I had a confirmation number. And then we were given a room that was closed off due to damage that needed to be fixed. Hole in bathroom wall, sink leaked on floor in bathroom, smoke detector was broke, furniture stained, appliances were dirty. Absolutely disappointed. Staff was pleasant though.
