We booked this hotel because of the closeness of it to the concert venue we were going to plus the shuttle the hotel provided to events. However upon arriving we were told the shuttle only runs till 10pm which would not benefit us. We then proceeded to drive to the concert pay $10 in parking only to leave the venue and see the hotel shuttle waiting for people. We had to drive/pay parking when we could have been shuttled which is the reason we stayed there in the first place. Everything else was fine but that shuttle BS was unacceptable

Room was unclean, like they had just pulled the covers up after the previous guest. Sheets were dirty, floor wasn't vacuumed, toothpaste spit in the sink, hair everywhere. Yuck. This was my first experience like this in any Holiday Inn Express, hopefully it was just a fluke.

I loved my stay at the hampton, the staff was so very friendly and helpful, the place was beautiful, and they shuttled us everywhere so i didnt have to drive for my birthday!! It was amazing. Jack, the first driver,awesome man!! The second driver, the girl, cant remember her name, also very nice. Just wished the breakfast would have been a little better, well, warmer.. the pancakes Jack was making were amazing, but inside, our eggs and potatoes were cold, oats were in an amazing clump, ran out of oj so they had a gallon jug sitting on the counter without a lid on it. other than that, amazing place, will be going back again in december!!
