Great people won’t stay again

Great staff who went above and beyond to help. Sadly the hotel needs a spruce as looking tired. Restaurant was ok but unfortunately a noisy group of gofers ruined what could have been a peaceful stay.

Nice place to stay

I booked 10 rooms for family and friends the night before our daughter’s wedding. We arrived and checked in and was given our room key, unfortunately when we arrived at our room it was still occupied. Fortunately nobody was in the room so we returned back to reception and was assigned another room. Had a lovely stay and would not hesitate on staying again. Staff and food was great.

Nice short stay Hotel

Breakfast was good, however we arrived at our table on the second day and found that they had no yoghurt available. This was at 8.45am and the breakfast is quoted "until 9.30am". The bed had a very very soft mattress, backache in the morning! A little firmer next time. Pool was lovely and although we didn't use the other amenities, they looked clean and operational.

Turns out that it’s REALLY hard to persuade a taxi to come out to this location unless pre-booked. Staff were super helpful and did eventually get me fixed up, but perhaps on check in you could check if a taxi might be required and advise guests to pre book.
