Our toilet was clogged. We told them at the front desk around 12 in the afternoon. We came back at 11:30 pm. And it wasn’t done. Went to the front desk and complained and he said there’s no one here I can fix it. You have to wait till tomorrow morning and I told him that’s ridiculous. And then he said I’ll give you a plunger you could do it yourself. And on my vacation, that’s what I had to do unclog the toilet because there’s nobody on premises that could help you. That’s very ridiculous.
