The good. 1) Free parking. 2) Spacious room. 3) Comfy bed. The not so good. 1) Check in started with being told my stay would be $20 more than what I booked for on hotels.com. All they could tell me is taxes went up. 2) Does not take cash. Weird. 2) Asked for a roll away bed in a double Queen executive suite (plenty of room) and was denied due to it being a safety issue even though we would’ve left the sleeper sofa as a sofa. 3) Ice machine was not working on the 5th floor and there were 2 long hairs in the bath tub when we walked in. 4) Requested an extra blanket and pillow in person at the front desk but it never showed up. The front desk clerk working at night got and handed them to me when I asked again. 5) Was also told I couldn’t buy a coffee one morning because they didn’t have lids. Overall, it wasn’t a bad stay, but it was basic. I just got the impression that no one wanted to go above and beyond the minimum of what they had to do.

parking lot not adequate particularly if you return lster in the evening. the patron upstairs was extremely noisy and really nade the experience ttying.

We booked a double bed , one bed the sheets were dirty and like rice grains and we had to call for clean sheets. Looked like only pillow case was changed.The bathroom stall was dirty and there was only two towels. I would not stay there in the future !

My check in process went smoothy. The lady who helped me was courteous and professional. The lobby and hotel itself was clean. My room was clean, but reeked of marijuana smoke. The parking lot was full and I had to park quite a distance from the hotel. There was also dog poop all around the sidewalks and walk ways. Please get some bags and a "doggie waste station ".

I did not receive the correct room. The manger was rude and not accommodating. Manager guaranteed I would get a refund within 24 hours for the second night I canceled because of the how I was treated. It's been 72 hours and no refund. I was then was over charged for the entire stay and then charged without notice at a higher the rate because I changed my reservation due to the managers horrible customer service. Worst experience I ever had
