A big party started in the room next door at 2 in the afternoon. The room was connected to mine through an internal door and pot smoke rolled through the cracks. The hotel did nothing despite e talking directly to the general manager. I actually left the hotel and got another room elsewhere it was so bad.

This is a very nice hotel. Definitely well priced. It's great for business travelers. It's clean, modern and comfortable. It also offers daily breakfast. One thing I won't recommend about this hotel is the fact that there are no drawers to store your clothes. Now, if you're the kind of traveler who likes to live off your suitcase, or you're there for more than 3 days, and you like to store your clothes in a hotel-provided dresser, this hotel may not be for you. Aside from that, I recommend it for all other features. I'll consider staying there again only if on a short stay.

What I did not like was. I could not use my firestick. I was told I had to call a number that was giving to me. I did call the number and was on the phone with their customer service for 30 minutes. I was still not able to use it after trying to program it with the customer service agent.

The housekeeping staff removed all of our clothes that were hanging in the closet and our clothes in our laundry bag. We called and they were returned. However the next time housekeeping came into our room, they removed a jar of face cream. When we reported this to the front desk, more than once, we were told someone would look into the matter and get back to us. That was almost a week ago and we still have not heard back from anyone at the hotel

For one the pool was not open. The air condition in our room was not working properly. They sent someone up but never worked all night. The Wi-Fi was terrible so bad that we had to drive out of your place to get Wi-Fi to download our tickets to the game the room was fine. It was nice other than the AC on the breakfast is great. Staff was very very nice.

Our stay was what we’ve come to expect from the Hampton Inn & Suites brand, which is always dependably good. The rooms were clean, breakfast and coffee were good, and the property was kept up. We encountered one front desk employee upon returning to the hotel late one night. It was around 1am and unfortunately she was quite rude to us. That was the only issue though.
