We had a one night stay, so we did not utilize many of the amenities offered. The room was clean, the staff we did encounter were pleasant, and the hotel was nice and quiet. I appreciated the black out curtains for sleeping. However, our room looked like it could use a fresh coat of paint to cover a patch job as well as some wear and tear. The floor of the closet was not the cleanest it could have been either. I was also surprised when I was charged for parking- I have never stayed somewhere where parking was not included with the stay.

I ended up staying in 4 different rooms for this 3 night stay. The good news is that the front desk staff were very responsive and moved me each time there was a problem. The bad news is there were a number of problems. 1. TV was broken - looked like someone had thrown a rock at the screen. 2. Connecting room was so loud, I could hear everything they said and every word from the TV. 3. Room number three didn't have a curtain on the window (looks like it had fell off and had not been replaced). 4. Room number four was finally good, TV worked, no noise from next door, and there was a blind that worked. The hotel is located next to a small mall with a Starbucks, an organic grocery store, a few restaurants, a spa, a nail salon and a liquor store. There is an elevator to the right of the lobby that takes you down to the shopping center. That was very convenient.

Advertised a pool, but it was closed (indoor pool closed). Advertised a bar in lobby, which was there, but never staffed or open. No fan in bathroom. What staff I did see were very pleasant. Nice location.

Covered parking. Not that easy to find the lobby/entrance Have to navigate a round about and go up hill on a road that looks like it’s going into a neighborhood. It is, but also leads to the parking and entrance. Friendly bar tender provided a nice G&T to spot hour nerves after a long day’s drive.

Heads up because nothing was stated here. They charge $16.26 for parking. I could not find any information about it on site. It's a nice hotel. Just thought I'd warn everyone about this hidden charge.

This property was great for many reasons. The location was close to a lot of restaurants and parking was simple. There is a dine-in movie theater right next door for couples who don’t want to drive too far for a quick activity. The only issue that I had was no one told us that we would need to pay for parking but I could have missed that when booking. Overall, the hotel was a great stay and I would recommend this stay for anyone who’s thinking about booking.

This hotel has a standard limited buffet breakfast that is included at other hotel brands but they charge for it, which was not clear at check in. They gave a "voucher" and then add it to the bill. This is only one milk choice (no almond/oat/soy), the coffee was not good, and the two juices I tried were watery. (There is a Keurig in the room with one type of mild coffee.) There is also a $15 parking fee, and there were no spots in front of the hotel. This is a pricey hotel, and these fees should have been included. I will not return.

Easy to find and close to 287. Parking was convenient. Don't like the barn doors on the bathrooms. Parking garage elevators out of order. No way to walk to the businesses adjacent to the hotel.

Everything was good except shower was only luke warm. I had asked to change rooms but they instead sent someone up fix it. They sent someone but the next morning the same thing a luke warm shower.. Very disappointing.
