The room smelled like cigarettes, from the bath towels to the bed linen. The toilet seat was peeled and yellow. One elevator was not working so people were using the stairs all night and allowing the door to ala behind them. The walls are paper thin. I could hear the conversations above me an next to me. Pay for parking?!? It’s a commercial lot! Never again.

Love it. But one thing. You should not charge customers additional fees. I am a Marriott BonVoy member and use them more than Wyndham because prices quoted are the prices you pay.

Room was clean and spacious. Excellent mattress. Only problem is parking. We picked the hotel as a pit stop on a longer trip. When we got there (7:15 p.m.) the parking lot was full, requiring a 15 minute wait to get a spot. Turns out a fraternity was having a happy hour in the restaurant which was also packed (with drinkers, not diners). Had to eat elsewhere. Management needs to decide if they are running a hotel or night club.
