Booked a king size 6 night 5 day stay, the room was in poor condition, between a noisy a/c - heating unit, slow draining shower, paint peeling in the shower, stains on the toilet, doors slamming shut throughout the floor, no microwaves in the rooms- they are communal by the ice machines, no dresser or drawers - a small closet with only 5 hangers, desk chair was stained and ripped/frayed, bed was extremely uncomfortable - a platform bed with what feels like a futon mattress on it, the french doors from the bedroom to the bathroom would not fully close (Luckily I stayed alone, or bathroom privacy would have been an issue), overall, the experience was really disappointing. The staff was nice, so that's a plus.

Great stay!
The Royal Regency is a great economical place to stay...clean, comfortable. Friendly staff. Special kudos to Hector at the front desk...he went above and beyond in being helpful to provide additional coffee. There is a restaurant on the premises...good food, good prices...and kudos there to my server Andy...excellent, friendly service. Good included breakfast in the morning with two helpful ladies. Overall good experience! I will stay again!

There was a weeding going on last time i was there so it was a bit loud naturally with the added guests, but ive been there many times hotel is generally very clean and quiet

It didn't seem as though the front desk staff was very welcoming (maybe she was stressed after a long day). There was a nice wedding but the noise and rumbling went late into the night. No hand soap for the bathroom sink in the rooms. Parking: the parking situation needs to be explained better. Seems like the hotel and a restaurant that is attached to the hotel share the parking setting, in addition to an area for Hertz-specific vehicles. It was a bit confusing without someone there to explain how to proceed once in the parking setting. The breakfast crew was warmer and welcoming. Great omelets and breakfast selections. The eating area was clean and service was great. The made up for a below average arrival and sleep.
