I loved the staff they added so much to our experience for our first time in mexico. Dinner on beach was great rooms were well furnished and loved our ocean view. Had a blast!

The hotel is real nice and the property's is clean, the breakfast was excellent the only think I didn't like that me and my boyfriend drove 2 car and they make me paid for parking for one car the next morning, went we check in the girls in reservacion didn't said that to us.beside that everything is good. The insides restaurant the food was good and the music excellent.

I stayed there for a night with my husband and two kids. When we checked in they gave us two beverage vouchers. Later, in the the evening i went to the restaurant, i saw them setting up and one of the server told me the restaurant is closed for a prive event and I asked if I can used the voucher for to ho beverage he directed me to the bar. After that he was complaining to hos coworker by saying "why the front desk is giving away voucher if they know they closed for a private event." I told the bartender I wanted to used the beverage vouchers for to glasses of milk for my kids who are (2 and 5years old) so they can drink some milk before bed. The bartender told me the voucher is only for wine, beer or soda. I told him I don't drink alcohol and the milk is for kids before they go to bed he told me they can't take the voucher and I have to pay for the milk if I want it. I find it ridiculous because wine and beer cost more than a glass of milk so the vouchers should cover for the milk. I left the voucher in my room when I checked out. Zero customer service in this hotel. I work in the hotel industry and as an associate of a hotel you always need to make sure your guest get what they need specifically if it something already in house.
