I stayed one night on my way home - just needed a place to stay. Check in was quick and easy. All the staff I met were professional and efficient. Lots of parking. Room was dated but clean and comfortable.

I have stayed here numerous times and enjoyed my stay ever time , the staf are amazing and very friendly, accommodating and inviting the food is great and reasonably price, huge selection . I cant say enough about the place and will be back many times more

I would not recommend staying at this place in whitecourt, the photos that are posted are nothing like when you show up and actually see the place. It is run down and the rooms are not clean/sanitary. Dirt and grim visible as well as tiny beetles crawling on your bed. The manager seemed to turn a blind eye to the fact we found tiny beetles on our bed and did not resolve the issue for us. Please take your money elsewhere if you need a place to stay in whitecourt.

The staff were really helpful and nice to deal with. The place is very dated though and really shows its age. The main thing though is that the bed was worn out and the cleaning was poorly done. There was splatters of dried liquid on different surfaces and the toilet wasn’t well cleaned. You could see it even in just how streaky and poorly cleaned the front door glass was. It’s what you get for $80 though I guess.

Window screen was broken, no lock on the window and only a screw put in place for safety of the window fully opening- so the window would not open completely, and could have easily been broken into. I took measures into my own hands by blocking the access to the window while I slept. The bathroom sink was backed up, when I washed my hands it would fill the sink and take over 5 minutes to drain. Darker water coming up. I did not feel safe sleeping in this room. I have a video of you would like to review. The room was less expensive on the hotels website than what I paid Expedia. This room was not worth $100.00. I feel ripped off and won’t be using this company again.

The hotel was very outdated and not nice. Rooms didn’t seem overly clean or smell nice. Surrounding the building is an abandoned building on one side, highway on the other and the river on the other side. Staff was nice and helpful. You get three breakfast options (just different combinations of eggs, toast, hash browns, sausage and pan cakes) which was fine. It was cheap to stay there but the photos defiantly made it look better than it was.
