A very old builing that is poorly maintained. The room was dirty and noisey. The heating/AC unit sounded like it was going to self destruct. Not a good value for the rate we paid.

Everything was good! But property is located near the road, and it can be noisy in your room. But for someone it is no problem, so just know about this. Overall i liked this place!

vastly overpriced.

This is a vastly overpriced hotel. You pay for five stars and get two. I guess they think they can charge that much because it's 30 miles from the National Park and 9 miles from the airport.

Old budget hotel.

Room was outdated and in need of repairs. The walls/floors were dirty. Linen was clean but still had a few short hairs. The bed had springs that would pop when you move. No elevator.

The worst ever I would rather sleep on car

I have traveled 45 US states, 21 countries and 4 continents. It was the worst stay in my life. I reserved for two rooms with two queen beds, and mentioned twice that I will arrive late as my flight were late, all full paid for the rooms, even after that they gave my rooms to someone else. When I arrived at the hotel with my kids, they gave me rooms with single beds, uncleaned, with blood stains on bed sheet, no room to sleep. When I complained, they gave me a rolling bed, just upto the door, and made me change the bed sheets, unfold the rolling bed myself and put bed sheets by myself. The receptionist was un apologetic, very un American. This is my first time booking with Hotels.com, I would never do it again and will try my best to make sure that none of my family and friends use this. How can Hotels.com allow this. It is ridiculous. They ruined my vacation.

The front desk person was amazing! The hotel has definitely has been there a while. Our room door was open apon getting to it. Tv remote did not work which we were informed of as checking in! There was so smoke detector in our room but wires hanging down on the ceiling as there was planned to have one put in.

I liked the quiet conditions. The bed and bedding and main room flooring was very nice. There were no disruptions from nearby rooms during our sleep. I did not like the junky cars being worked on in the parking lot. The bathrooms were very outdated.
