Front desk receptionist spoke extremely quietly and had a very difficult time with English. She tried to charge me an additional 34 dollar resort fee when I tried to check in. I showed her my receipt showing that i would only owe an additional 6.34 upon arrival after that she was quite rude to me. Then our room keys stopped working an hour before our check out and I had four freezing wet boys (took a final swim before check out and we still had 30 minutes to spare.) needing to get into the room. We tried calling the front desk for help and the same receptionist had no idea what we were trying to ask for. Giving that this is a "luxurious" hotel and the cost reflected it we had a very poor experience with the customer service.

Our stay at the Lodge at Whitefish was wonderful. Our kids enjoyed the s’more kits, our room was spacious and clean, the restaurant was delicious, and we had beautiful views. We would love to visit again!

What an amazing lodge to stay at! Restaurant tasted amazing, hot tub great, and the beds were super comfy. The resort provided complimentary cruiser bikes that we rode along many bike paths along the river and through town. Great shopping nearby also.

The front desk person gave my daughter the room cards but wrote the wrong room number on the envelope. She had to call the front desk to get the right room number. The keys in the village hot tub were not working. The boat house restaurant was tasty and good atmosphere. Staff were very nice. We enjoyed the spa with massages and facials which were very nice!
