We had a great stay at the Super 8 in Kalispell! We had a pleasant experience with Tristian and Earl and found the staff were all very welcoming and accommodating. It was also very clean and safe. Overall, a great experience.

So we found out by text several hours after we checked in that the water will be shut off between 9 and 11 am tomorrow morning. That’s right, not before we left home, not when we checked in, but several hours later! At that point, what options do we have? So no sleeping in tomorrow morning as we had planned for the first night of our vacation. What gives?!? I’d like to be compensated for our extreme inconvenience with a voucher for a free night’s stay.

Friendly Staff and Excellent Service

The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. My son got sick the last night and threw up all over the carpet. I tried to clean it the best I could but could not remove the smell. The night lady, Corine, allowed us to change rooms so we could get some rest before the long trip home. Excellent service!
