Great newer hotel in Whitehorse!! I wish I knew of this option three years ago. Clean, new, great suite set up, great front desk service to give us directions and to be flexible with the accommodations we needed. I highly recommend!

Great spacious room. Had shower chair and a bench so was disability friendly, if needed. The one downside was the blinds were not great so it was SO bright, all night long due to the beautiful midnight sun.

This is the most expensive hotel in Whitehorse so I would have assumed more of a premium aspect to my stay. The hallways and rooms feel cold and unwelcoming. Like a hospital. Since this is the land of the midnight sun, I would have expected window blinds that blocked the light from outside. My room had roller blinds that left an inch gap on both sides and top and bottom. It was like a spot light shining in the room. The parking lot is small and the spaces are very narrow, making it hard to maneuver. In spite of this they still allow trucks and camper vans to park there making it even more difficult. There is no housekeeping service unless you request it. Even then it's only every second day. They don't mention this at check in, you have to read the sign posted in the elevator. Overall, this hotel was a total disappointment for what the room cost was. I'll never stay there again.

I did not like the parking area between the rock pillars and with other cars directly behind. Having a big truck made that problematic. They need to have fans in the rooms and better blinds. The one bed lit up when the sun came up from the crack in the blinds. The rooms were fantastic and comfortable and extremely clean. The restaurant breakfast down stairs was amazing. I will be staying here again just packing my own fan.
