Just stayed a week there . Pool was small but nice . Hot tub was not running which we didn't use due to potential issues with no continuous motion. Then went across the street to the beach area which is amazing!! Chairs ,food , and drinks all readily available. Water and sand best i have ever been in . It was pool like clear and mostly calm waters . Definitely laid back at this resort so if you like non hussle of big resort this is the place for you. Food was good but if looking for alot of choices this is not your place . Most food I had here was hot ,fresh , and tasted good. Room was good and nature feel of resort was wonderful.

They was very clean and very helpful

Staff could be a little bit more pleasant. Food was below average except for Sugar Cane. The day of check out, we had 4 group of staff members that came to our door started from 8:30 to 10 reminding us that check out is at 12. Which to us was unnecessary since we knew that we were supposed to leave anyway. We had dirty glasses that stayed in our room for 2 days. It was so bad that ants was all over it. For a place that been open for only 5 years, they need to do better.

All staff were professional, courteous and friendly. They all went out of their way to grant your requests. The ambience is very nice. The electrical outlets on the patio didn't always work. Had to be creative in getting plugs to stay in. They also need to upgrade from 110v to 220v. Just kidding, but they should have something for travelers from Europe. Internet service was pretty good. Everyone in my group were pleased and would return. The tour setup for us by the manager was fun!!!! Good people, fantastic accommodations. Recommended...

I like that the property was on the beach, it’s a nice property with nice amenities. Bed covers were not clean upon arrival and room had a mildew oder. One day I had to call 4 times to ask that my room be cleaned as it had not been cleaned all day, Staff was either extremely nice or extremely rude one of the life guards was really rude because I asked him for help with an umbrella on the beach after being told by a life guard at the pool that it’s the life guards responsibility. Overall not a great experience when you’re trying to relax on vacation,

Very impressive and well kept property in a quiet gated community. We did not have a car, so organizing transportation was challenging, but the grocery store is only a 20 minute walk away (for those who enjoy walking). I did not rate it 5 stars because it was difficult to communicate with the property managers in advance. They finally contacted me the day before check in, and it was not obvious that I needed to pay a balance and deposit in cash US dollars upon arrival (most places accept credit card). We worked it out, but it did add a layer of unnecessary stress - they could have simply sent a message with the balance and instructions after booking so that travellers could be better prepared.
