Although we had some complications at check in our stay was good. Breakfast was OK. The lady at the front desk was very nice. She held our grandmas flowers for her funeral in the fridge until her service.

We have stayed at this hotel three times. The staff is excellent, courteous, very helpful. The rooms are clean but show some wear and tear typical of a hotel room. The most recent stay, our room did not have towels when we checked in. A quick call to the front desk and within a few minutes towels were delivered to our door. We will stay here again.

Room was “fine”. The staff seemed like they needed more training. When I got up and went to get a shower… there was no wash rags in the bathroom and after my room was cleaned that didn’t change. The price of the room made it manageable but I would spend a bit more for a better room next time.

I found a bed bug on my pillow. I took it to the front and they moved me rooms to upstairs which was inconvenient since I had my twin babies. Then the next morning I found a cockroach in the bathroom. I let the front desk staff know and told them I was disappointed and all she said was “the bed bug situation has never happened before, and the cockroach could have came from outside.” Poor cleanliness and poor customer service. Will not be back.

The property was good the staff is horrible! This young lady is rude, unfriendly, doesn’t like her job, argumentative. When asked about the hold and how much the hotel will be holding she got an attitude and told me “well, I need to see your ID before I can tell you how much it is!” I understand there is a hold although that was not clearly stated when the reservation was made on Expedia. I am traveling on a budget and when a hundred dollars is held and not released for 3-5 days it can be challenging. I needed to know how much the hold was and she had an attitude. Not the level of customer service that I expected from this hotel brand!
