Very impressive lobby.. Staff very accommodating & friendly. Handicapped room had great features, however, floor in bathroom was dirty & drop down seat in tub had not been cleaned after last guest used. Always needed key to access elevator, could be inconvenient but definitely a good safety feature. Overall stay was nice.

Terrible- whole bldg had no hot water for two days . The front staff refused to wait on the coffee shop customers Resturant/bar were good. Audrey/victor ran the bar well. The restaurant food was good. Place is clean and nice

I stayed here for 1 night while traveling to California. I was very happy with the hotel. Nice rooms, nice comfortable bed. Very friendly, polite, & helpful staff. Very pretty hotel,with on sight restaurant and coffee bar. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Great price for such a wonderful hotel.

The only small issue is no free breakfast. They don't open until 6 am and they were never ready at 6. One meal did not fit description on menu. Over priced and only fair.

This place is amazing!! Staff is amazing. They don't offer daily room service, so make sure if you need things. Who ever did the grout work in this hotel needs to be taken back to school, they made it look like the floor was super dirty, like it was dirtier then it should have been. Desk staff was amazing. Always greeting my husband like he was a regular, because we ended up that way. Will totally stay here again!!
