The rooms are beautiful and clean! Ou favorite part was the food. We had their brunch at the steakhouse and yes, we shall be back for the stuffed french toast! Customer service was also very good.

Fantastic one night stay

The neighborhood is wonderful. Immediately could tell as I walked in the hotel was clean by the smell. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Restaurant downstairs was amazing. Love this place!

I was a guest there on the 2nd of aug. I was attending my sisters wedding I was in the middle of getting ready and the hotel lost power they told everyone to leave the hotel the wedding was at noon and I had nowhere to finish getting ready they didn't even offer to tell anyone if there was another hotel in the area I was 350 miles from home and a maid of honor in my little sisters wedding I was a total wreck what should have been beautiful memories was a complete nightmare....the worst feeling ever the customer service was for sure a BIG thumbs down!!!!!!!!!

The property was very nice, great coffee and food options and the lobby was wonderful if meeting with a group. I especially enjoyed the amazing workout facility. I would stay here again. The only drawback were animals in the rooms. As I think this will age a hotel quickly.

I paid for four rooms and the reason why I paid the amount that I did was because I wanted to be able to relax and enjoy my stay and check out at noon, but we were woken up very early like super early. I think it was like 7 AM to an alarm going off and we smoked smoke all the way up to the seventh floor I was told that there was no fire, but all of us have asthma and we couldn’t breathe upstairs so we had to leave because there was no electricity or ventilation very disappointing. Especially after traveling 14 hours, we just needed some rest.
