I was notified an hour before I arrived into town that my room was being cancelled because of construction. The hotel staff directed me to another hotel where they said they had taken care of a new reservation for me. When I arrived at the new hotel they did not have a reservation for me and also said the other hotel was not under construction but had been over booked and that this happens often with Delta. Also that the new room would be more expensive . I left and confronted Delta employees to ask what I was suppose to do now that I had no where to stay with such short notice. They eventually booked me at another hotel. New hotel was no where near where the Delta hotel was or as nice. Will never book with them again.

Nice hotel!
Friendly staff, nice indoor pool and hot tub, great room. The ac was tricky to work and it didn’t get as cold as I programmed it. Had it been the hottest days in the summer, I’m not sure it would have cooled enough. We will definitely stay here again!!
