Blood on the walls fridge didn’t work. Entire building smelled like mold. Carpets stained everywhere. Crack in foundation under carpet by indoor pool. Tripped twice because of it. Elevator and pool out of order
Hotel is in a creepy abandoned mall lot. The elevator was broken so we had to walk up. Pool was closed for maintenance and when we reached the third floor there was a gaping hole where the wall should have been with a tarp over it. A/C can't be adjusted or even shut off inside the room. I've been to nicer motels. We're furious.
There was no elevator available for handicap access on the third floor. There was no way we were going to drag our suitcases up to the third floor. The attendant was very cut and dried and did not try to help solve the problem at all. There is an open ticket on our complaint because we had to pay for our room that we were not able to use. We ended up staying at a La Quinta next-door.
I was in town with my 9 yr old son for a Rabbit Show. I had to carry 4 cages of rabbits, a cart and one large bag upstairs. Not to mention the food and water for the rabbits. To top it off the pool was not working. The only thing “fun” my son did was try out the fitness equipment which he isn’t even old enough to do.
Very disappointing and painful.
I was so sore from carrying everything up the stairs. I did get help coming down stairs from the sweet lady at the front desk.
My son and I were so disappointed with our stay. We would have NEVER chosen a hotel with a non working elevator and pool.

Elevator out of service. Pool out of service. Of course your not told that prior to booking. And why do i have to ensure my stay. Hotels. Com should do that. Thanks you guys have gone down hill the last few years
Upon check in I was told that the elevator was out of service @ the pool was closed. The carpet was old & dingy & thread bare throught. One end of the 2nd floor hallway was blocked with plastic sheeting but it was obvious no construction was happening. This is a hotel in bad decline & disrepair. I would advise everyone to stay elsewhere.

Chelsea was very sweet and professional. No doubt she catches a lot of grief when telling guests the elevator is out and your room is on the 2nd floor. Very much a bummer since there was no warning. We were tired so we are staying but the very least you can do is let guests know there isn’t an elevator and the pool is closed before they make the reservation. Not cool at all.
