The staff were very nice. Unfortunately the elevator was broken both times I stayed there. I’m handicap and have a hard time navigating stairs especially with a suitcase and bags. The room was very clean but the hallways and corridors not as much.

Upon checkin the hotel had no functioning elevator and placed me on 3rd floor. Informed them of knee issue for stairs and no accomodation was even looked into for switching room, etc. Then after getting to room opted to go use the hot tub to relax knee after a long day of travel to find that not operational either. Barely got even an apology from the desk agent. In room refrigerator was not working either and that was brought to their attention as well. Had to argue just to get $10 0ff a night for the trouble.

Elevator was down completely was not aware when booking or even a follow up to ask to change. I get there is no refund status but if its because of the service or provider problems that should not be an issue. So we were stuck.. also the door to the room was off the hindge. Had to left up to even open or close the door. I have pictures to collaborate the issue as well. Will not recommend hotels.com again. We checked out a few hours later and went to another property.

We had a good stay but there were two problems: 1. The elevator was out of order. They fixed this by giving us a room on the first floor. 2. The room wasn’t ready when we checked in at 6:15pm so we couldn’t get the room next door to the rest of our party.

The elevator was broken. We had a room on the 3rd floor and their was no empty rooms. The stairwell was dirty and smelled of urine. Good point: I am 68 yrs old and Asa at the front desk carried our heaviest bag up for us. We were put in a handicapped accessible room and not notified about before hand. The showers are uncomfortable to use and this one was not operating correctly. The breakfast was edible but it was obvious that the coffee, juice and oatmeal were watered down.

Pros:Check in was fast and easy. Staff was efficient and pleasant enough. Room was very big and clean. Beds were comfortable. AC worked well. Breakfast was well stocked and tasty. Convenient to shopping and walkable to restaurants. Plenty of parking close to hotel entrance.Cons: Pool was completely enclosed inside building and water was murky. Hot Tub did not work. Elevator out of order for months and no access for handicapped other than first floor. No outside space to sit.

elevator has been out of order more than 2 months with no date of being fixed. carpet needs to be replaced, paint peeling off walls in places and veneer on furniture broken. we arrived late and left early so good enough to get some sleep. plan to haul luggage up the stairs. the staff was friendly and breakfast is standard continental breakfast.

The elevator was out and my cousin and I are both disabled, they put us on third floor and we walked up four flights of stairs we about didn't make it...I found ice on our floor all drinks were sold out. I managed to walk down two flights of stairs to second floor but no drink machine, only ice...very inconvenient, I don't drink city water but had no choice..we used the bathroom on first floor after breakfast, toilet was clogged with poop and stank so bad...service folks were courteous and breakfast was decent..
