I like the fact of a small apartment. Your furniture in tact. Your bed is not that comfortable. Your sheets not tight fitting. Last your shower is horrible. Pls put another door. Your breakfast was very good and clean, appreciated. You have everything you need to save money because you can cook and have company in such a small space but workable. Oh and I love your decor and swivel tv.

The three ladies at front desk customer service during check in was extremely unfriendly and rude! For example, no welcome greeting for myself, but other individuals behind me were greeted! Another example was their condescending tone when speaking to me! The three staff ladies questioned my ability to pay the pet deposit! My stay was for a week and the cleaning staff did not vacuum nor clean my suit but once!

Property is new build , very clean. Close to major highway but still very quiet. Suite was roomy, full kitchen (exxept the oven, but who needs that when you travel), living room and office area are spacious. Large bathroom also. Breakfast is probably the best we ever had in a hotel and we travel a lot. Staff is amazing, polite and they were very helpful when we had questions. Having family just a few minutes away thia will be our forever lodging option when in Wichita Falls.

Excellent stay!

This was the best experience I have had at any hotel. Staff was awesome. There was a restaurant and bar and free breakfast. Robot names Paulina would bring you anything you want from towels to room service and snacks. Got a goody bag when I checked in. The place was spotless and smelled wonderful when we came in. The suite was very nice. Well apppinted, clean and very spacious. Bed was comfy

This was one of the best places I have stayed in Wichita Falls! I travel for work and stayed a lot of hotel but this will be the number one place I come back to when visiting Wichita Falls or business and personal travel. Everything was clean, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful! My favorite part is when you first walk in the smell is amazing in the lobby! The bed was comfortable, pillows were amazing, room was fantastic. Conveniently located close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Thank you for a great stay.
