Roaches… run. I read a review hotel used to be a super 8 & it was turned into a best western… well let me say it’s only appearance. It’s half appearance of BW with touches of old hotel like old toilets.. roaches. I killed 3 roaches & 1 was in my luggage. Disgusting. Don’t recommend

Had to switch rooms because it smelled like mold/meldew and couldn’t breathe. Second room was better but still smelly. The floors were also dirty. The staff was wonderful though.

The room was clean except for the bathroom the floor and sink was covered in hair. I spoke with the desk clerk to let him know someone overlooked it because everything else was clean.

It was alright. Not perfect but not terrible

It was good overall but found an earwig running on the bed around my baby so definitely unpleasant. Pillows were uncomfortable and small. Not your regular size and extremely soft so not very comfortable. Other than that, staff was nice and hotel looked decent.

Staff was very friendly. Hallway smelled very strongly of stale cigarette smoke. Did not notice smell in the room until we went to bed and sheets and bedding smelled like cigarette smoke in a nonsmoking room. Towels were very stiff and scratchy and also smelled like smoke. Also, could not close bathroom door because vanity was too big for the room. It appears that Best Western may have newly taken over the hotel and trying to make improvements.
