The motel is a little hard to get to but is worthwhile to look for! It is clean!! The staff is great, very helpful!! The atmosphere, and the attitude of the staff is great! Lots of smiles, and quite friendly!

The room smelled horribly of mold, sheets were too big for the bed, phone didn’t work, my mom had to change rooms because her TV didn’t work. 1 of the receptionist was not friendly or helpful at all!

The hotel overall was nice. Our room did not have a working bathroom fan so showers would make the entire room humid, bathroom also had some broken tiles that were unpleasant. All the staff where super friendly. It felt clean and tidy. I would stay here again and would recommend others to as well.

There were dirty tissues in the Kleenex box in the bathroom. There is no airport shuttle available on Sundays. There was no mention of this service having limited availability. If I hadn't checked into the hotel before returning my rental car I would not have had transportation to the airport for my 5:50 am flight.

Since we arrived at 2:30 pm instead of after 3:00 they only had one room available. Apparently every other room in the whole hotel was being cleaned at the same time. There were no carts available for us to use for our luggage and was told they must be being used by other people or left somewhere else in the hotel. After we made 3 trips to and from our car to hand carry everything in we found one cart outside one of the side doors and brought it in ourselves. There had been a flood from a room only 2 rooms from the room we were given leaving the carpet in the hallway soaked and as of bedtime is still soaked. They have a fan blowing down the hall to try to dry it out. There is a musty stench in our room. When we stayed at this hotel just 2 weeks ago it wasn't like this. There were different people working the front desk. The man that checked us in was rude and practically accused us for causing the room and cart situation all because we wanted to check in 30 minutes early.

I really don't have any compliments other than there wasn't a telephone in our room also the volume on the TV wouldn't work, we did tell the front desk and were told it was because they are remodeling the rooms. I had requested a wheelchair accessible room and they made all the accommodations that they could for me. We will definitely book with you again.
