Everything inside the property was good. The parking lot was deep in snow and slick to walk into the building. It didn't seem a snow plow had been used, only vehicles driving through the driveway had knocked down the snow.

The size of the room size was awesome. Also had a great breakfast. That always helps me choose where I’m staying.(just make sure you know what time they quit serving stayed two days and the second day breakfast was already done.) so the time must have changed.

The gentleman at the desk was helpful and efficient and responsive to calls and requests. The shower grout was stained with mold and needed replaced or cleaned better. Nice breakfast spread and food that was supposed to be warm was indeed warm.

We stayed 3 nights total. The first night everything was fine. Day 2 we got locked out of our room. We were told they didnt program our keys correctly...no problem. They "fixed them", but an hour later I had to run out and get something and got locked out a 2nd time. Day 2 and 3 we had zero hot water when taking showers. The room itself was fine. The carpet was ripped up in multiple places, but it was a place to sleep for the night. Breakfast was mediocre. All the hot food (eggs and sausage) was cold. I am not sure if the heater underneath wasnt lit, but it was not edible because it tasted like it had been sitting out for hours.

Decent place for a one night stay. But there wasn’t any hot water to shower with. We had to shower with cold water and it wasn’t fun. We left the water running for more than thirty minutes and it still did not help. But I guess to have somewhere to lay your head down on a clean bed is better than nothing.

It was a quiet & clean room. The front staff personnel & kitchen personnel were very good. There were some sketchy men in a truck that didn't seem to be staying at the hotel in the parking lot. Other than that, the stay was good.

The property itself needs a facelift and a better maintenance man, but it was $49 total including hot breakfast. Beds were comfortable enough, ac, fridge, microwave, TV all worked. Water in the shower could be warmer. Id stay here again. I've stayed in $100/night hotels that were comparable.

We stayed for 2 days. There was no hot water and low water pressure. We were told we could leave and be refunded however at that point it would have cost us more to go somewhere else so we just bared it. The beds and shower were cleaned however there was a man’s shoe print on the walls and it had not been vacuumed. Under the bed there were candy wrappers from previous guests. The facility allows dogs which as a dog owner I appreciate however the dogs next to us whined and barked nonstop which made for a very uncomfortable stay. It says no smoking however the halls reeked of marijuana in the evenings. Staff were friendly and apologetic. I had asked for a partial refund but was told my only option was to leave and be fully refunded or stay and deal with it. Also the hot tub was also not working and something we were looking forward to. Unfortunately I would not recommend this hotel but if you do stay TJ tacos across the street are absolutely amazing 10/10 recommend.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Climate control worked well. Bathroom lighting was very bad (missing bulbs?), had water-stained ceiling tile, and the calking around tub was bad (mold?). Phone did not work. Refrigerator did not work (inquired at desk and was told to "turn it up to 6"...still did not work...had to throw out food).

Breakfast and bed were really great and all else was good, with the exception for two aspects: the ADA bathroom shower in 108 needs fixing for both heads to provide hot water AND cart return needs to be enforced. Hogging the carts made me have to carry everything back and forth during check in and check out.
