We stayed for two night. Well was supposed to be two night half through our stay we had to leave since we have gotten bit by bed bugs. We had to sleep in out vehicle due to this!
Very nice ground floor room for me and my dog. Room was spacious, very clean and quiet. Such easy access to the outside via a secure side door and access to parking area where my car was easily visible from my room. It made it easy to access my car. Outside area well lit and felt safe. Great included breakfast with made to order omelets and alot of variety of choices…fruits, cereals, eggs, biscuits and gravy,waffles etc. and of course coffee. Very nice and. Comfortable place to stay. I will definitely book again with Comfort Inns & Suites. Thank you!
The hotel room and hotel overall is dirty. There are stains on the carpet, couches, walls and especially the ceiling. The room smells musty. Toilet was leaking. We could not take our shoes off the floors are so dirty and stained. We booked a two night stay and left after the first night. As we checked out, the worker mentioned that we were booked for another night, we just said we were going to find another place to say and she just said ok. No questions asked.
Room smelt bad, furniture was dirty, carpet unclean, curtain had stains on them, people let dog their dogs pee on carpet in main hall, it was disgusting

The building is old and dated needs to be completely gutted and renovated. There's a smell of mold and smoke in the rooms we stayed. The staff was not accommodating at all. My family had to purchase cleaning and air freshener supplies to be able to stay the reservations we set was completely different from what we were provided. Most of my family suffers with upper respiratory illnesses this location of Comfort Inn is not a safe place for anyone that suffers with asthma or any upper respiratory illnesses.
The floors are very dirty, smells and did not see any house keepers at all. The water pressure is very low. Overall the hotel needs to work hard on cleanliness

Lots of stains on the walls with visible mold. Especially in the dinning area where breakfast is. If you look up you can see the mold. Not sure it was leaking from the ceiling.
